Blog of Correspondence?
Before the American Revolution, the British Royal government was attempting to erode the natural liberties and traditional self governance of the American colonists. The colonists established what they called Committees of Correspondence.
These committees were established to disseminate information throughout the forming nation regarding the threat to liberty.
In our days, the collective forgetfulness of our nation’s history (a history steeped in liberty, character, and faith) is a threat to our freedom. The Blog of Correspondence seeks to preserve liberty and encourage faith, through stories of virtuous events and individuals, and to encourage others in the cause of liberty.

- The blog's first series is called Portrait of an American Rifleman. The series is a promotion for the Appleseed Project, a program of the Revolutionary War Veterans Association. The Revolutionary War Veterans Association is a non-profit service organization devoted to Liberty, the history of April 19, 1775, and the preservation of the America our Founders entrusted to us.
